Terms of sale and refunds

These terms apply when you buy a course from Ultimate Human Diet (“we”, “us”), operated by Ultimate Human Diet, ABN 87 386 817 935. By enrolling you agree to them.

What you're buying

• A personal, non-transferable licence to access the course you bought, for as long as we offer it, including updates to that course.
• One account per person. Please don't share your login or copy, record, resell or republish course material, including summary sheets.
• New modules may be released over time. Some modules may show as “Coming soon” when you buy.

Educational content only

The course is general education. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a registered health practitioner. Completing the course, and any certificate of completion, is not a qualification, licence or authorisation to prescribe, supply or use any medicine. Read the full disclaimer.

Price and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. You'll receive a receipt by email.

Refunds

If you change your mind, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as you haven't passed more than two module quizzes. Email theultimatehumandiet@gmail.com with the email address you bought with. Refunds go back to the original payment method and access to the course ends.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under that law, including your right to a remedy if the course has a major problem or doesn't match its description.

Changes and availability

We may update course content to keep it accurate as research and regulation change. We'll try to keep the site available at all times, but can't promise it will never be interrupted. If we ever stop offering a course, we'll give reasonable notice.

Your account

We may suspend access if an account is shared or course material is copied or redistributed.
