• Your email address, to create your account and send login links and receipts.
• Your course progress: which sections you've opened, quiz and exam results.
• The name you enter for your certificate of completion.
• Payment details, which go directly to Stripe. We only receive confirmation of payment and the amount paid.

We don't ask for health information, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The site uses only the cookies needed to keep you logged in.

How we use it

• To give you access to the courses you've bought and save your progress.
• To issue your certificate and receipts.
• To respond to your questions and requests.

We don't sell your information or share it for marketing.

Who else handles it

We use trusted service providers to run the site: Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts and progress data) and our website host. They may store data in Australia or overseas, and are bound to protect it.

Keeping it safe

Your data is stored with access controls so only our website's server can read or change course records. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing theultimatehumandiet@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, contact us first; you can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
